This evening we have sent out to shareholders the notice of meeting for the 48th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Primary Wool Co-operative.

Unfortunately, a lot of the contact information that we hold on our share registry is now out of date, particularly the email addresses we hold for many of you within that registry.  We are hoping that this correspondence will reach you and prompt you to contact us with any updated details. 

If over the next 48 hours you have not received a copy of the email to shareholders, we encourage you to get in touch with the secretary [email protected] who will be able to forward you a copy of the Annual General Meeting documentation and details for registration.

The Annual General Meeting is to be held via zoom conference call on Thursday, 10 August 2023.  We have sent the notice of meeting, proxy form, minutes of the last AGM and a directors nomination form.   William Oliver will step down for rotation at this AGM, and has offered himself for re-election. 

All proxies and nominations need to be received by the Secretary no later than midday, Friday 4 August.

The audited Annual Accounts and Annual Report will be posted up on to the website next week for your review.
