Primary Wool Co-operative will continue to own their 50% share of Elders Primary Wool and after in-depth conversations with Winslow Ltd owners, the directors are pleased with the new joint venture partner.

It was announced today that South Island based Carr Group, who trade as Winslow Ltd, have acquired 100% of the Elders New Zealand business from Elders Australia and Sredle Rural Services. This also includes Elders 50% share of Elders Primary Wool (EPW). See the media release here: Elders NZ Sale
Primary Wool Co-operative will continue to own their 50% share of Elders Primary Wool and after in-depth conversations with Winslow Ltd owners, the directors are extremely pleased with our new joint venture partner.
